The hotel is conveniently located in Munich's pleasant Schwabing neighborhood, with easy access to the center of Munich where all the activities take place. The fantastic subway system is just a stone's throw away, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with well-appointed bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast spread is wide-ranging and delicious.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms can make it difficult to keep cool, especially during the hot summer months.

The room is small but pleasant, whith a charm of old building. Hotel has a garage and it is in a nice part of Munich. U-bahn very close. Breakfast is good.

Great City Centre location, close to restaurants and bars. Convenient access to the subway station for exploring the city. The internet connection was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and spoke English.

The room I stayed in had a strong smell of smoke and there were no other rooms available to switch to. The shower took a long time to produce warm water.

Although a business hotal, its location makes up for the atmosphere...great location in easy walking distance to all the main attractions including downtown...great local restaurants

Neat and tidy, if you're looking for somewhere comfortable, it's reasonable and close to the subway to give access to the city centre. Very close to the university district.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Munich's charming Schwabing neighborhood and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. the location was absolutely perfect. It was surrounded by lovely cafes, shops, and just a short distance from the beautiful Englischer Gardens. Plus, the U-bahn station was just a couple of blocks away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I honestly couldn't find anything to fault.

Hotel advertises wireless connection available in all rooms, but there was no inroom wireless (or any other connectios). If I was aware of it, I would have never booked this hotel.

While parking was horrible, one staff member went out of her way to assist us. Also, the breakfast was a beautifully presented feast.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! We were able to walk to many nearby cafes and restaurants, and the subway station was close by for easy transportation. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and great coffee. the staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful throughout our stay.

The room was quite small and lacked air conditioning, making it uncomfortable during the hot weather. We had trouble keeping the noise out from the surrounding streets, especially at night.

Very helpful staff when I left early due no internet on any florrs apart from firts floor - in sharp contradiction to advert.

Internet wasn't working in my room, although this way partially the reason why I chose the hotel (free internet in rooms). It was only available in the computer room.

There was no internet and rooms were not clean enough, room size too small, beds are small too.

No airco, bathroom too small to use toilet. TV was in very bad image quality. Rooms on street side are very noisy, no double glass.

Hotel staff were rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. As guests, we were told that "we are not at home here" when we tried to choose a table at breakfast, and that we shouldn't stay at their hotel again. Every day, we felt like leaving the hotel as quickly as possible as it was a very unpleasant atmosphere.
